- We could not just produce a Nebbiolo rosé, we wanted it special. After 24-month maturation on the noble lees in the bottle, according to champenoise method, the Prince of Piedmont reveals its elegant and intimate nature.

- Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
- Refining: maturation on the noble lees in the bottle for 24 months. Dégorgement and dosage.
- Winemaker’s note: Lively rosé, fine and persistent perlage announces a great elegance of cherry's light perfumes with hints of rose and violet in the background.
- Food pairing: Aperitifs, excellent with shellfish and other fish-based dishes. Good also as all-course wine.
- Cellar life: 2-3 years
